If you are struggling with keeping off the weight or want to lose even during the holidays, try these programs. Many success stories have already been created, and many are already documented on the testimonials links within the lnks below.
Everyone knows that a consistent program of diet and exercise are the only ways to keep weight off once you lose it. Well, this system does not require you to change what you already do, although your choices in diet and exercise will either expedite or slow your progress,
But if you want a program that really does work and helps you to maintain your weight loss, try the Shrink-It Weight Loss program. It is flexible and offers many choices for managing weight, and keeping it off.
You do not have to change your diet but simply add these suggested products. They will help your body run more efficiently, which will in turn make you desire less sugars and snacks that you are currently buying, which are only adding to your weight.
And to make sure that you get the support that you need, there is an interactive call available to you (free!) Monday, Wednesday & Friday @402 237 2015 & pin 7257700#, 11:00am EST. Bring your favorite tip, topic or recipe to share, Lots of FUN FIT Action & invite all who want this Sexy, Fit & Healthy group of like minded achievers. Nutritional experts and coaches will be available for questions and support. And if you get involved, just be sure to tell them I sent you!
Club Shrink-It is also up-coming as an online alternative, also an interactive weight loss community that provides you with support and information as you lose weight. It is much less expensive than joining similar clubs, a one time $29 fee, and whatever product package you choose.
This is also a referral program that pays you $40 for each person that you refer. Does Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig pay you for referrals? There are a number of packages and price points, which you can find out more about in the link above.
The online community aspect is still developing right now. An interactive forum is currently still a work in progress, where all of our testimonials will be shared, along with continuing advice, along with additional exercise, and menu suggestions. But you can start to lose weight immediately!
The products have proven testimonials and they are growing in number and options!
If you do not wish to worry with joining a club, the Shrink-It Weight Loss Program has many of the sameĀ options available as Club Shrink-It, and are priced the same (just a few less options). The other differences are that the club has the $29 enrollment fee and regular auto-ships, but has the benefit of the community forum and support.
On an upcoming post I will include a set of recommended diets for weight loss that has been shown to work time and again.
To your health!

It’s interesting and important that you mention the community aspect of weight-loss. It seems strange and counterintuitive to some people, but obesity can be viewed as an epidemic that spreads through social networks. There’s an interesting NY Times article on this, based on a somewhat recent research study:
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/25/health/25cnd-fat.html
The flipside of this though is that having people in your social network who are losing weight and/or living healthy lifestyles can help and encourage you to do the same.
If you want to lose weight, it’s really important to have social support–and not just from people who want to lose weight, but from people who either are losing weight, or from people who are a healthy weight. Habits (good and bad) can be contagious…following rules and guidelines of a diet or exercise program is something that doesn’t come naturally to most people. But being influenced by the behaviors of those around us is something that humans do naturally, often effortlessly…so why not use it to your advantage?
Thanks again Alex! You are so right that habits are learned and enforced by social behaiours and so the right social support can be invaluable when changing habits!
I agree to a certain extent that your eating habits will be dictated by who you hang around with. Where you live also has an influence. People who move to the US from a country that typically eats healthier, gain weight. As the so called ‘western diet’ moves to countries like India, obesity and diabetes follow.
In neighborhoods like mine where most people cook real food and are active, you don’t see very many overweight people. I can only think of one who is obese – and he has no tastebuds. Weird, I know.
I’m happy to be a thin influencer. It feels good when people realize that it’s really not that difficult to change to a healthy lifestyle. You’re absolutely right Vicki – It’s just habit.
The really good news is, once you start getting used to new habits, you’ll never want to go back. It feels great!
I have never heard of Club Shrink-It so this is some great information. I am not completely sold on it but many American’s are obese and they need support in order to maintain will power. Weight Watchers does not give rewards for referrals but they do have an online community. This seems like a new wave of weight loss support especially because everything is so technical these days. Everyone and their mom is online. Does this website have information about nutrition and exercise? I think this is vital is loosing weight and keeping it off.
As I mention in the post, there is a live call right now every week that you can actively particpate in (number and pin code above), which is based in the Facebook Group “Sexy Fit and Healthy” – http://bit.ly/amWIOR – this group is actively working in advance of updates to the Club Shrink It program website, which is still in its infancy, so just tell them I sent you!
They will continually provide information on exercise and diet to help you out with any questions. All the support you need is there! This includes exercise and dietary advice, and once you sign up through my link in this blog post I will always be there to support you as well.
Thanks and All the Best!
