Happy Healthy New Year!

Well it’s already a week into 2010 and I’m another post behind. So I just wanted to say, until I find a moment to add something of more value here, that I hope everyone is looking forward to a happy and healthier new year, and I hope to help you with the healthier part!

I first want to extend my deepest gratitude to my readers, and thank you for your support, feedback (some keeping me on my toes!) and passing my blog along to anyone you know who may benefit from it. Since I started this blog in April of last year, and having had to move it to my own hosting service, and lose many subscribers in the process, I’ve been fortunate to find the same support and a number of new followers continuing to come in at its new home.

I’ve found many new friends through this outlet, which has been a way to share what I’ve learned along the way. I was recently on a Blog Talk Radio episode with @ ZnaTrainer and have others scheduled in the near future, one in February with Danielle Zanzarov.

I’ve many new posts in the hopper to write, including some on these topics:

  • dietary fiber and why it’s important, how much you need in your diet (we typically get no more than about 1/3 of what we should!), and the best sources
  • oxygen, why you should think more about your breathing (and some techniques), and how you can deliverĀ  healing oxygen to your cells naturally and without supplementation or dangerous methods.
  • exercise; how it is integral to your absorption of nutrients, and how to do it safely
  • recommended diets for diabetes and children
  • the candida condition; how it affects your health, and how to avoid it
  • and many more! Let me know via your comments if you have any suggestions!

Again, I hope you are looking forward to a fantastic new year, full of hope and good health. It is in your hands!

To your health and happiness!

Vicki
