Integrated Mind-Body Health and Nutrition

I recently hosted a Blog Talk Radio that I thought I would share here, on mind-body wellness and nutrition – We covered topics from the reasons for the emotional connection to health and our body’s ability to absorb nutrition, repair cells and heal to the essential dietary elements including fiber and micro-nutrients.

In the future we’ll have special guests including Dr. Belinda Morrow Stinson-Head, PhD who has been trained at Harvard’s School of Nutrition and Integrative Medicine, has published several books and CDs, and is currently working on a TV show.

Enjoy!

Would you please post when the interview with Dr. Morrow airs? I’m interested in listening to it. Thank you!

Hi Vicki! I’ve enjoyed your blog and the great information you share. This radio session was very interesting. Was wondering if you would like to be a guest blogger on my site? The topic is how to support your mind/body while going through major changes. For example, my work schedule has drastically changed to early morning with longer hours, and I am having a hard time adjusting (digestion, eating healthy, fitting in exercise, energy level). I think my readers would be interested in your advice and experience. If you are interested, we can discuss in more detail. Thank you!

Kristin,

Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the radio session – as you can tell I could definitely be posting more often to this blog and it’s due to my being over extended. I’ll email you and we can discuss a way to work this out together – thanks again for the thoughtful review!
