The Dangers of Soy; a Dark Side to a Popular Protien

Why is soy so dangerous a filler in our food supply? For one thing, phytic acid, a known anti-nutrient that robs our bodies of crucial vitamins and minerals, is extremely high in soy such that in Asian cultures soy is fermented before consumed, the only process that reduces it to a safe level. Indeed, thousands of studies link soy to malnutrition, digestive distress, immune-system breakdown, thyroid dysfunction, cognitive decline, reproductive disorders and infertility-even cancer and heart disease.
